Method:
Connect device to the PC\LAPATOT. Open DC unlocker and click on the scan button. Install Huawei driver, you will see device infornation in DC Unlocker. Run the AT^GODLOAD command, the device will go into download mode. Open file and enter the exe password. Now wait for some time and as soon as the file is complete, your device will turn on. Now enter the reset command and insert any SIM card and use it.
